STAN GOES HUNTING!
Usually the reason a person gets into guiding is that he loves to hunt. Well, I’m no different. I’ve added this section to my web site so that those browsing can see the type of hunting I do. I try to go on at least three hunts a year (1 or 2 out of state). As many of you may experience, my family feels that I hunt too much. I don’t think I go enough! This page has photos of my most recent hunts and includes photos of hunting buddies (many of which are guides). In many cases the photos should be more extensive. However, I usually set my trophy expectations fairly high and I have been known to occasionally miss!
Because I am not independently wealthy, I must hunt on a budget, usually unguided, and on public land. If you have a tip on a quality hunt that you would like to share please email me, I’d be happy to hear about it.
